We reserve the right to cancel or modify a reservation if incorrect or incomplete information has been provided.

Cancellations must be communicated to the hotel within the notice period specified at the time of booking, as cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the rate plan or package selected. Reservations cancelled outside the applicable notice period may be subject to a retention charge as outlined in your booking confirmation.
